Supporting our network members
Q-CROC offers a set of comprehensive services to its members.
Q-CROC Liaison Coordinators
-
Their role is to support oncology clinical research activities, contribute to enhance patient participation in clinical trials, improve administrative processes by sharing good practices, and reduce project start-up time.
Tools for continuous improvement
-
Q-CROC produces dynamic dashboards which enable institutions and research teams to analyze their performance. Q-CROC supports site performance by providing recommendations.
-
Thanks to our partnership with 3CTN, Q-CROC provides network members with various tools to help manage studies and share information, e.g. EDGE, a clinical trial management system.
Access to training
-
Through partnerships with 3CTN, N2 (Network of Networks) , and N2's agreement with the (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative, Miami University), Q-CROC members can access training courses that comply with the Canadian research environment.
-
Q-CROC organizes conferences of interest to clinical researchers and their teams, e.g. RECIST criterias, iRECIST criterias, "ententes de confidentialité", etc.
-
Q-CROC produces short GCP training videos that Q-CROC Liaison Coordinators disseminate in their institutions. The Capsules Qualité give practical tips to support clinical research quality and compliance.
Networking and information sharing
-
Q-CROC has assembled and coordinates two communities of practice, one in thoracic oncology and the other in pediatric oncology.
-
Through its members' monthly newsletter, Q-CROC provides information regarding clinical research activities of interest. Each issue showcases newly opened trials, events to come, new scientific articles published by network members and success stories.
