Senior Manager, Quality & Operational Excellence

 

For over 20 years, Sara has managed clinical trials in various therapeutic fields for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as CROs in Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia.  She has expertise in clinical research budgets and contracts, training, and performance improvement.  In 2015 she jointed Q-CROC and implemented its Quality Management System.  She is now in charge of Quality and Operational Excellence.
