A personalized  gateway

 

Q-CROC helps bridge the gap between government, industry and clinical research teams thanks to its liaison coordinators. As such, Q-CROC acts as a gateway to the network to facilitate study start-up. With our liaison coordinators assigned to several research teams across Quebec, we are able to offer personalized councelling to phamaceutical industry players for:

  • Feasibility studies;

  • Site selection;

  • Audits;

  • Equipment calibration and inventory;

  • Support to the convenience committee;

  • Ethical committee submissions;

  • Study registration (GEOQ);

  • Management of regulatory documents (start-up);

  • Amendments, etc.

Q-CROC plays an active role in cross-team and cross-institution knowledge sharing pertaining to procedure optimization and performance monitoring, thanks to its presence within the sites and the links sustained with the management teams.

We are able to provide each site with the following customized tools:

  • Informed consent forms;

  • SOPs;

  • Confidentiality agreements;

  • Templates;

  • Key performance indicators;

  • Budget follow-ups;

  • Targeted trainings.

A statistical data and performance measuring service, as well as a support in disseminating information

Our Liaison Coordinators

Liaison coordinators are local resources appointed to research teams and dedicated to expediting study start-ups, patient recruitment, continuous improvement of processes and data collection.
